This flour is strong and makes delicious bread
with quite a distinctive almost nutty flavour. As well as bread,
I find I often now use wholemeal flour where I used to use white.
The results are generally very good, the flavour better and
the nutritional value substantially increased.

This is a strong flour and makes a great loaf
for dipping in good olive oil or to have with cheese. This flour
also makes great cheese scones, a tasty pizza base and I have
had one friend who says the pasta it makes is delicious.

Alongside delicious tangy bread (in a machine
or by hand) for eating with cheese or soup, this flour also
makes lovely thick pancakes which you can spread with cream
cheese and roasted peppers. My friend Emma uses it for banana
cake too.

try and make bread with it, it will not rise!).
